The Art and Science of Raising Frequency

Here’s a short movie about grounding…And I think it’s great

If you’re familiar with my work, you’ll know I bang on about grounding A LOT.

Because the second most important thing to raising frequency, is grounding it down and integrating it. If you don’t, you may having trouble sleeping, you might talk a lot, your thoughts might be cranked up to 11 or you might just be a little wired and buzzing.
Unintegrated high frequency’s gotta go somewhere right? If you don’t ground it down, it’s just kinda leaking out in other ways. I know this because I’ve done it 1000 times. I used to get so hung up on raising frequency, I paid far less attention to grounding it down.

And this isn’t how we climb the frequency ladder effectively. One way I ground high frequencies is by having my bare feet on the earth, and syncing my rhythm to her pace. Hanging out in nature – just me, and her.

This movie, The Earthing Movie is beautiful. It’s not too long – it’s just over an hour – so even the busy bees among us can find time to watch it.

It balances the science of how earthing (grounding) works, with personal stories of how effective it is to treat a whole host of physical ailments. It also explains how it works in a really engaging way. The movie talks about earthing from a different angle than I do, but nonetheless I learnt a lot and I found it really fascinating.

To be honest, I didn’t really know there WAS any science explaining how or why grounding works. At the end of the day, I just do it because a) my intuition guides me to, and b) it works. It feels really right for me, and I see the results from doing it. That’s good enough for me.

Why not watch it and make up your own mind? And if you feel like it, give earthing a try and see if you feel any different. I always think the best way to know if something is true for you, is not so much to believe what someone else says about it, but to have your own personal, direct experience.

Dive right in and find out your yourself. What have you got to lose?
